Mount, Colin Kerdel, of Belleville, passed away at QH-Belleville General Hospital, on April 27^th, in his 81^st year. Mr. Mount is survived by two sisters, Susan Archer, of England, and Judith Neal, who has been living in Turkey. He also had four nephews: Andrew, Leigh, Sol, and Louis, and a niece Stella. He was predeceased by his parents, the late Douglas and Grace Mount. Colin immigrated to Canada in 1966 and served with the Canadian Military for many years. After retiring from the military, he worked with the Ontario Ministry of the Solicitor General until retirement. Cremation has taken place. A Committal Service may take place later this summer at Elmwood Cemetery when family from England are able to attend. Colin was a quiet and private man, with a dry sense of humour. He was always ready to support family and friends when they needed his help. He was an animal-lover, and over the years he provided a loving home to several cats and dogs from the animal shelter.
